Join Kitty and the Shakespearience team for this 2-week production camp of Shakespeare's masterpiece. Through the theatrical lens, we will take a deep dive into the fray of Hamlet's story with its moral dilemmas, heroism and villainy, and the greatest question of all time..."To be or not to be". Camp focuses on ensemble acting, text work and stage combat with a concentration on broadsword for a full company melee! This theatre camp is instructed by award winning theatre professionals, and is a good fit for your young artist if: -they do well with and enjoy teamwork & partnering -they can participate independently -they do well with receiving enthusiastic direction and re-direction -they understand that plays and stage combat are about storytelling, trust and working together Cumulative partner-based work, daily participation is crucial.
