A Midsummer Night's Dream

"The course of love never did run smooth." 

Come play with Shakespearience in Athens with fairies, swords, and some of Shakespeare's finest comical confusion! The greatest scenes and soliloquies, broadsword and stage combat, improvisation games, culminating in a performance on the final day of camp.  Partner based work, long absences aren't congruent with this camp.

Swords, Scenes,

& Soliloquies!

"Be bloody, bold and resolute!

Come play with Shakespearience's flagship camp, Shakespeare's greatest battle scenes + accompanying soliloquies.  From Macbeth and Macduff, to Hal and Hotspur.  From Helena and Hermia to Kate and Petruchio. A delve into the Bard's finest texts, plus stage combat including hand to hand and broadsword training, This is partner based work, thus long absences are not congruent with this program. All of the 2-weeks' rehearsals culminate in a performance on the final day of camp.

Advanced Lab:

Queen Margaret

an original adaptation of the Henry VIs 

Dive into Shakepseare's masterful histories, Henry VI, through the refined and careful lens of Ben Prusiner (Shakespearience Teaching Artist).

An advanced camp, an examination of the plays from a different perspective, as well as training in broadsword, hand to hand combat and choreography for battle scenes.

The camp culminates in a performance of the play on the final day of camp.
